Initial Consultation

Service Description

An initial consultation will consist of the following: 30 minutes with the nurse, obtaining vital signs, measurements, a FREE body scan, and a thorough medical, social and family history. Plans will be introduced and explained to you. 30 minutes with the physician obtaining a physical exam, a review of systems, and an order for initial testing that can be done in house or at a later date. Physician will then assist you in deciding which, if any, plan is right for you.
